Where We Are Now:

We have delicious table olives in stock We have trees with lots of fruit – and will have some amazing oil in July – Frantoio, Manzanillo and probably a Picual-Frantoio blend.

We hope that the Manzanillo will be really interesting – smooth and buttery. The yield from Manzanillo trees is low, and our processor doesn’t like them much, but the result is worth waiting for.
