Silver Awards Again!!

Irene and I went to the Golden Olive Award Dinner last Saturday in Wangaratta - and we won silver awards for both our 2014 oils. Here is what the judges said about our oils:

Frantoio - olive leaf characteristics with a powerful but complementary bitterness and pleasant pungency.

Picual-Manzanillo - fresh green apple aroma with kiwi fruit undertones. Delicate texture, warm, lingering, peppery finish. Bitterness was the dominant characteristic
