2012 Harvest is in!

We have just finished our harvest for 2012, and while the birds got more than we would have liked (as usual), it was a good harvest.

This year's table olives are now in brine, starting the first stage of the maturation process.  Our two types of oil (Frantoio and Manzanillo-Picual) are settling and will be ready for bottling in 6 weeks time.
